Heavy. Apple cider vinegar. Madeira vibes. Malty, quite bitter. For that high ABV of 16.6% you don't feel the alcohol at all! Umami, sweet, chocolate... Different with every sip. Interesting but not for every day. It needs time

Drinks like an aged beer but we'll done. Rich in flavor. Thanks El Duderino W. Part 5. My cat did knock the IPA glass off the counter and broke it into a million pieces, but this was great out of the bottle

Malty sweet after 3 years. Booze has really settled down and hops are already quite dampened. That said theyโre still there. Check in is late but 120 on 1/20!!

Tasting more like a bourbon barrel barley wine-think with a sweet/sour taste. Going to drink slow and easy as I consume an incredible meal off the grill!!

A little more dank than past years. As always, big and boozy. Sweet, smooth, hoppy. Honestly, it probably needed to age a little more. Oh well, had beer.
