I liked it when it was younger, but it’s great anyway. Toasty malty… thanks George

Hoppy, sweet and almost Quad tasting. Has a dry, bitter finish with some booziness and raisins.

Rich and molsasses-y.

Infinitely better than when it was fresh! I remember disliking it new, but I had two, so I aged the 2nd. I'm SO sad I didn't keep buying these to age. 6 years is the sweet spot, I guess? Rum raisin, burnt toffee, maybe even a little vanilla and banana?

03/27/2017. Smooth hoppy, malty Beast. 7 years young. Just fantastic.

Tappa november 2017. Altså, holder seg sykt fint, og bitterheten biter fortsatt. Amerikansk Barley Wine-ish type greie. Takk Ivar M. !

Forgot about this bottle in the back of my fridge. Super tasty. Mellowed out and had a nice malty caramel vibe to it.

Wowzahhhh. Deep monster attacking the post pandemic gang of weaklings! Something special for sure

Sliding under the wire for the first 1/20 day I’ve participated in. Cracking this old 2017 chestnut. I thought time was supposed to transform this into a barleywine. 7 years of careful aging hasn’t done shit but makes this a slightly less awful QIPA.

It's go big or go home night. Massively monstrous brew.

It’s good, but the alcohol has really mellowed quite a bit. The malty has leveled as well, so at of the day, everything is well balanced. 4.40/5.00

Holds up after 6 and a half years of aging in a cupboard… amazing as usual

This has aged really well. Unfortunately it’s my last bottle, I think. March 2017 batch.

I think I have a few of these on my table of orphaned beers.

Faded after so many years. The beer has lost something too.

More an English barley wine, but still, it’s banging. Thank you, Kerry M.!

As always a classic very hoppy beer. Bottled 4-7-17. Great color and taste. Love on tap fresh at the brewery, but this 7 years old beer doesn’t disappoint.

Ok a seven year old keg and I can't resist...even if I should. I mean it isn't a bad beer, but it's a malty,.boozy, heavy pour.
