Found I had put a few extra of some vintages in storage so might as well give em a go. 5 years young. Smooth but still get some of the heat. Seems much sweeter and getting a lot of raisin flavor

Pulled this one out after some aging. Bottled in May 2017.

I have been saving this for 5 years. Its nowhere near an IPA. Great dark raisin and prune notes. No heat whatsoever!! Looking forward to 2027!! LOL

Brouwers Hard Liver Barleywine Fest: the age brought out the fruitiness. Still great five years later.

From 2017- and yes, this ages very well! A bit more darkly smooth than when first bottled.

Wow. Aging this makes this this very drinkable. Much smoother than a young bottled version.

Intentionally aged originally, but definitely turned into a forgotten back of the fridge beer.. definitely has some zing to it

Impressed, this aged well. Honey balance. I typically don't like this beer.

Old beer here. Great win today so I had to celebrate the old school way

Malty and boozy AF, sweet with a hoppy finish. Been aging this one for 5 years.

Still delicious after 5 years. Nice light honey citrus notes in the malty sweetness throughout. Slightly above average bitterness. Has Easily worked it way to 20%, there is some heat on the finish of each sip.

For the 120th day of the year, I’m having a vintage 120 Minute IPA. This was bottled on October 26, 2017.

DH is right, it does age well. A malty caramel bomb with lots of pine. Very enjoyable.

Checked in 2017 aged, 2014 aged and the 2022. The 2017 was my second favorite and 22 took the win.

It’s good and unique but not exceptional. A nice treat

Mellowed nicely. Gotta be at least 20% now. Boozy sweet bite

Bottled when Alexander started 1st grade, and now I’m enjoying it as he becomes a middle schooler. 🍺
