8 years later, strong and mellow, any hint of harshness is long gone. Now it’s like a fine port.

Celebrating an agreement of sale on my dad’s house!!! Vintage 2012.

Definitely gone through some considerable changes over the years, and I think sadly past it’s prime. Mellow carb, mild sweet maltiness, herbal notes with a decent alcohol/ethanol finish.

A 7 year old bottle to celebrate the GOAT’s 7th SB VICTORY. Better with age.

I bought two of these based on the advice of the salesperson. Had one immediately, saved the other for a significant life event or 10 years. Well damn near ten years later, my significant event is getting together with my friends "after" covid. Cheers!

Don't get the same strength or booze as I do with '08 or '11. Also, the finish doesn't have as much of a bite

I bought this beer not long after I turned 21. It's probably aged better than I have.

There's a lot to love about Bull and Bushy, but one of the amazing things is the awesome kegs they put out on their guest taps!

After 10 years this beer was incredible. I impressed myself saving one this long.

Well, the label does say enjoy now or age a decade or so… it’s held up very well!! Might just be better

Pushing 14 years in the cellar. Drinks like an English barleywine now with a bit of oxidation happening. Ages well indeed.

This beer is so awesome when aged. Digging into my cellar is fun but sad at the same time as I watch some beers go away 😥

New job, new place, new adventure. Calls for a beer I had been saving for a special occasion. Merry Christmas everyone

9 years of aging does something to this beer. Goes ipa to barley wine? A lot like a well aged old ale.... Regardless, highly recommend having this fresh and aged! Purchased at dogfish head... Thank you Richard!

Not sure if this is really a 2012, but it was good and the date says 2012 on the bottle

Pulled a couple from the basement for 1-20. This is the one on the right. Drinks like a barleywine after all these years. Sweet, malty, nice toffee flavor. Enjoyable. Bottle says BOTTLED IN 2012F.

Aging this really takes the bite off of it. I don't even taste any hops. I'd like to pick up a fresh one to compare again, it's been too long since I've had it fresh. But still a great beer.

Good age at this point. Hop and alcohol bite are gone. Malty without tasting musty.
