I am just gonna be honest! This will always be a 5!!! It is the most thoughtful, flavorful, genuine, eclectic, classical, satisfying beer I have ever had in my entire life. Love Dogfish head!!!!

Found these beauties on a shelf in Illinois-poor things: 2 years old and in a clearance section. Bought ALL six...1st of the 6 and STUNNINGLY delicious, at this point, no longer an Imperial or DIPA, but malty/rich and a delicious Barleywine-my FAVE style!

On tap, and got cloudy with age. But ironically tastes basically the same.

I imagine this is what Heaven tastes like. I've let it age for a couple years, but honestly I'm not sure if I can tell a difference, which doesn't really matter for something that tastes this amazing

It is does not get any better than this. This is a superb IPA that is full of flavor. I have held on to a couple of these the past two years.

Trying to knock a cold out of my system, I figure an 18% 120 Minute IPA should be as effective as tussin. Redneck/guy logic. Cheers!

This one has been sitting in our Florida beer cupboard at around 80 degrees for about 3 years. Turned opaque and cloudy an boozy. Molasses and bitter and Cognac spirit.

Waiting for my Tavour shipment, all I've got left in the fridge is the high octane stuff. Some would view that as a problem, others a challenge. It's all beer. Cheers!

What a treat, and on tap. It's pretty special. A prepandemic 120. Beautiful day for biking. Sunshine, light breeze, and 67 degrees.

Unbelievable. 4 yrs in, drinks like an imperial made yesterday. None of the flat, stale hop characteristics aged IPAs usually fall victim too. Caramelized malt shines as it warms. Remarkable achievement, aged IPA. 21%abv drinks like 8%.

May 15: Intense. All the hops have mellowed into a boozy almost-syrup. Dayamm. Hope for a vertical tasting with subsequent years. #DEDM

Label says 15.3, it has aged and mite be a bit higher! This is more like a big barleywine! Sweet with a big alcohol bite! Even smells like a bw 🍻😍

3 years aged! Smooth, hazy unfiltered look, hoppy! Hoppy! Mouth feel tingle! Nice! Citrus! 16ABV POW! Yeah yeah! Let’s get this party started on a Friday on the lake!

Purchased 9/8/19. Big caramel notes, with no bite.

Apparently, I've had this and, apparently, it gets better with age. This was awesome and beat the 2020

Three years only deepened the barley wine notes, but the hops are still nice. Such a delicious brew!

A good pour. Only let a little yeast in which seems suspended.

3 and a half years is the perfect amount of time for bottle conditioning for 120. Wonderfully floral notes with a boozy citrus note and bitter backbone. It's still an 18% beer but the time has, of course, mellowed it. 120 doesn't get better than this.
