Interesting ale. Also probably from 2015. Way past its prime. Rather tart lingonberries up front with some slightly sweet notes hanging back. I think grog is a proper term here.

Drank this pre untappd so I’m adding it to my list.

I don’t know how you actually pronounce “Gruit,” but all I can think of is “I am Groot.” But this is pretty good…light almost like an herbal tea, but not overly spiced. Not crazy strong.

Tart fruit notes with a little bitterness. A little too subtle, but that may be preventing too many bitter notes

Very unique. I haven't had anything like this before. Sweet, but you can taste the spices. I like it.

Unusual beer, but good. Fruity, with an alcohol finish.

BA transfer from 02/10/16. DFH made the beer from a 3500 year old Danish drinking vessel. Herbal, fruity, weird, but tasty.

I bought this at the Brew Pub in Rehoboth Beach. Been saving it for a special occasion. Decided to share this with my co-worker, Matt. For an ancient ale, this is truly spectacular!! Wow, it's as if I'm drinking a beer with the girl from the tomb! =)

Harsh, hoppy and bitter. However feels refreshing and tasteful.

Vintage. Bottled 10/2013. Pairs well with chocolate covered gummies.

Definitely one of the most unusual beers I've ever had from Dogfish. Your brittany bursting out from the first taste, and then you can hit with some malts and bitterness.
