Cleaning out the fridge, guess I forgot to check in. Another f'n scrapple brew?!? I forget what scrapple is exactly, and I don't want to know again...

This was hidden in the back of the beer fridge for god only knows how long. I’m sure the original flavor profile is long gone but this was still quite good.

This beer originally belonged to me in 2016, got traded away, and made its way back to me in a beer share. Age reeeally changes this fella! Much more richness, (something like) anise, and umami at 5 years old. Scrapple spices whisper at the end.

Lightly smoky maple-bacon notes form a beautiful smooth taste for this full-bodied stout. A definite hit from the Dogfish boys. If you see it, don’t miss out.

DogfishHead did a great job on this on. Easy drinking without aging.
