Had to try this again too and it was the best of the series. Boozy, but it had some tobacco notes and a little saltiness.

Semi-thick mouthfeel and an almost overly bitter dark chocolate base note.

This is a serious stout. Thought today was a good day to have the one aging in fridge. This does warm you.

Nice to do a back to back comparison - little funk makes this a touch more complex and interesting

Strong malt with coffee and chocolate, slight toffee lingers.

Saving this to share with a friend because of the high alcohol level. But……… working in the shop today, and it sure tastes good!!

The end of Dry Jan. Fitting it’s this beer during an ice storm.

Amazing. Probably the closest I'll ever get to the OG Utopia. Delicious.

Cellared for over a year. Lots of milk chocolate and dark fruit, smoked caramel, full-bodied, very clean, no booze at all.

Hard to believe that this is 17%! Very drinkable with no alcohol burn. Notes of vanilla at the finish. Very nice!
