Pours a dark chestnut with little to no head. Sweet malt and stone fruit on the nose. Very sweet caramel with a bit of boozy heat and a touch of dark chocolate on the finish.

"Softer" than regular WWS. It's preferable to me.

Lots of barrel, roasty and boozy. Pretty delicious if you’re in the mood for barrel aged. Thanks P D. 🍻

My only bottle. Thought I had more. Wish I had more to age. #Stouturday

Brown sugar/molasses, sherry, raisin, plum, oak, chocolate, coffee. Full body, pronounced bitterness, delicate carbonation, silky feel, sticky, boozy, fruity then dry finish. (see comments) 2021 bottle; drank 8/26.

By far one of the best quad IPA’s hands down. No longer in production I have 3 left. Any one want to join me….

It definitely has toned down since the first time I’ve had it, which is nice. But, I just don’t think I like this barrel treatment much… it has a harshness I just don’t like a whole lot. Otherwise, not bad for a 3 year old beer.

It’s definitely barrel aged! Strong, and malty with a creamy finish. It drinks all of its 17.5 abv

It’s a Belgiumy chocolate stout. Seems like the ABV is up there. Really hard to read the label. Very fine print with little color contrast. Figgy sweet. Not sure kind of barrel. Scotch? Nice sipper though.
