While this isn't exactly the IPA I was expecting, as it breaks away from traditional hops and DFH IPA style, I give an extra star for DFH accomplishing exactly what they were looking for: subtle oakiness, unique earthy hop varieties, and wild-ish. Nice.

6.5% IPA brewed with Zappa, Amarillo, Comet, and Sabro hops This is a “wild” brew. Allowing the brewers to experiment we have a mix of wild and traditional ingredients. The result is tasty but different. Not that hoppy for an IPA, & not that sour 4 Brett
