I thought this Beer was kind of shitty on the first taste. Halfway through the glass I really like it.

I love these off center brews from Dogfish. Uniquely tasting American IPA with notes of citrus, oak, and a bit of a sour twang. Like the wild hop selection of Zappa, Amarillo, Comet and Sabro mixed with the barrel aged wild ale. Love it!

Very heavy but it has a certain sweetness. An interesting IPA.

Round 2 at the Sports Zoo. Trying some really good Hungarian mushroom soup while we wait for dinner to come out

Dinner was great, service was friendly - having one more before we call it a day

A light hoppy ipa. Easy drinking. Reminds me of a field of blooming flowers. A nice balanced mild ipa.

Interesting taste. Gets props for a nice layer of funk. Wild fermentation. Sendak style

There are a lot of wild hops at the mine tonight!

It’s been a long time since I’ve liked a beer where the hops are the focus. This is so good. The nose is woody and pine with slight but rounded citrus. This is a good preview for the taste, which is dry & fresh presumably from the addition of wild ale.

Straightforward IPA with low bitterness and no frills. Doesn't taste that sour to me
