6.6% sour collab w/Angry Orchard. Mixed cultured farmhouse ale brewed w/pilsner, spelt, rye, wheat, Vienna malts, aged in French oak Chardonnay barrels for two years. Blended with apple cider. Tart & funky, bordering on lambic. Pretty, pretty gewd!

I like this more than I expected to. It’s like if Angry Orchard tasted better. Less sweet than cider. Very slight funkiness.

Fun and funky apples. Good use of the angry orchard... pairs well with escaping to some happy zen.

Didn't realize it was a sour hence the high rating. My fault for picking a beverage in a style I can't stand.
