Very little apple but plenty sour. Very lambic-like.

It’s definitely solid and flavorful. Not my favorite style of sour but one I would have no problem getting again.

I like this more than I expected to. It’s like if Angry Orchard tasted better. Less sweet than cider. Very slight funkiness.

6.6% sour collab w/Angry Orchard. Mixed cultured farmhouse ale brewed w/pilsner, spelt, rye, wheat, Vienna malts, aged in French oak Chardonnay barrels for two years. Blended with apple cider. Tart & funky, bordering on lambic. Pretty, pretty gewd!

A smoky funk tart. But not too strong in either characteristic. Great drink.
