Aged this a few years. No sweetness and edge is off. Musty and dry, really nice.

Sweet upfront followed by dark fruit huge hit of roasted malt and coffee with a bitter finish, reminiscent of a black ale. Very complex and very good. Pick up more port wine on palate as you drink.

Rich, slightly sweet and roasted flavor shine. Booziness has mellowed into a nice smooth glass of deliciousness. Bottled 4.11.2019

Wow! Broke this whopper out of the cellar last night and what a trip. Huge notes of dark chocolate and roasty malts with a boozy finish, but not overpowering. Surprised at the mellowness for the high octane ABV.

Didn’t have Guinness, but this’ll do. 😉 Sweet, rich, roasty. Did I say sweet? Has aged well. Bottle date 4/23/19.

Fantastic beer, very warming and flavorful. Let it warm to proper temperature. Forgot to check this in from a great day at Happy Times at Southern Spirits in November. 🤣
