Not bad! I think it’d be a bit better with a bavarian yeast strain.

Light and crisp, with a clean, earthy taste. There's an interesting hint of something, but I can't quite place it...

Traditional pilsner look and aroma. Crisp, floral notes with subtle spices. Subtle citrus notes and very earthy.
