Close to what i remembered. Not quite as hoppy. Still super balanced for what it is. Make that yeast wurkkk.

Firing both barrels with massive malty sweetness and aggressive bitterness. Piney hops with citrus. You have to be in the mood for the intensity, but that’s what TIPA, barleywine, and Imperial Stouts are all about. Sweetness is a little out of balance.

So much. So boozy it almost cleans off. Very sweet, but not terribly heavy in the body. 5oz is plenty, lots of character

Nice hops in the aroma and a bit of the ABV coming out too. Smooth mouthfeel up front with a tight dry finish. Hops and ABV are present but not overpowering. Still a treat from Dogfish Head.

I was expecting a heavy dope of hoppy bitterness but didn’t get that at all! Very well done nice flavor all the way through, wouldn’t expect this to be a double ipa let alone a triple!

More similar to a hoppy barley wine. Great malty boozy nightcap. Nice gift from a homebrew club member.

Hopefully I get to try this fresh one day. This was a super hopped barleywine. Aggressive in a good way

Finally having this long time bucketlister. Big boozy sherry aroma. Taste is similar to 90 minute, but amped up. It’s like drinking a glass of fine liquor. Not sure I’d classify this as an IPA though.

Wow odd has a kick. Cognac like odor. Trying in vertical really shows progression.

Malty aromas with sweet honey aroma notes. Heavy bodied. Smooth. Strong malty sweet flavors with honey forward sweetness throughout. Moderate hop flavors. Heavy. Lingering sweet honey flavors with dry piney hop notes.

Aged 5 months tastes great barely hoppy like a barley wine almost. Estimated 13%

Pretty sure this is the strongest beer I’ve ever drank at 16.6%. To be honest I was scared that I wouldn’t like it. Turns out I had no reason to fret. Way more enjoyable than I convinced myself it wouldn’t be. Tasty. Thank you Jeremy V.

Boozy. Let’s see how it mellows in a year or two.

I will say it's smooth for a 16.6%. I was expecting a kick in the face. Other than that, not much to it, malty. I guess I'm spoiled by the New England/Hazy style IPA's I guess it's good if you wanna get F'd quick 🤷♂️
