P: med brown, low foam and retention. Med bodied and slick. A pretty decent beer if it were $5/bottle… coffee and dark choc mostly but a nice maple syrup touch that’s notable. Not worth big bucks, but a nice drinker that shows its 15%.

Pretty beastly brew. Huge black licorice; chocolate syrup; and black currants. Coffee is subtle; the maple syrup lingers in the aftertaste. Sweet yet Quite hoppy, too. That 15.3% is impossible to ignore but not distracting. Big chewy body; med-low CO2.

I was thinking, "man, this really tastes like coffee. " I should have read the label.

Gonna say I like the original better, but you'd never know the ABV of this beer... hidden well. Has a yeasty fruity sweetness to it. Interesting.

Little lighter than WWS, but still good. Probably will be better with some age.

This is well-done. Smooth. Definitely coffee and chocolate, like the 72-80% dark chocolate nice bitterness kind.

Big beer with big flavor. Strong at over 15% ABV, but somewhat covered up by coffee, dark roast and chocolate notes.

Shout out to Forrest for help with the blend on this. 3 to 1 with the 903 Texas Breakfast. Finally! The maple that I wanted with this. Great job Forrest!

This is lush. The maple is perfectly balanced with the beer and other adjuncts... which makes me very happy
