Decided to celebrate! I should have given you one to take home. It'll be waiting in the cellar.

This is well-done. Smooth. Definitely coffee and chocolate, like the 72-80% dark chocolate nice bitterness kind.

I’m not a stout drinker but this was a delicious nutty/chocolate-esque beer. It should be advertised as a sipping beer due to the high ABV.

A fantastic beast of a breakfast stout. The dark chocolate notes stand out then are followed by a nice light maple. It’s very creamy and the booze (which is a lot) is muted. Nicely done!

Nose is coffee and maple. Sips strong af. Whiskey first followed by coffee. Thin and very whiskey forward...not in a bad way. Quick burn and then a great balance of coffee, maple, cinnamon and chocolate. Fantastic beer.

Sharp coffee on the open with rich, delicious waves of chocolate coming through as it rests. I didn’t get much of the maple syrup until the very end. One of those brews that evolves in the glass and continues to surprise you. Great beer.

Black motor oil color. Light carbonation. Creamy head. Nose is malt, molasses, darkly charred wood, dark fruit, brown sugar, coffee. Taste is black malt, strong dark roast coffee, chocolate, maple syrup, toffee. Finishes a boozy splendor of dark malt.

Well blended and strong. Nice chocolate notes and not much coffee at all thank God. 17% ABV. They call it an ale but it’s a stout.

Hoppy bite with a lot of sweet dark brown sugar and molasses. Some bitterness from the heavily roasted grains. Rich caramel, chocolate, coffee, and tobacco notes power their way in. Some cinnamon and maple syrup also fade in and out. Thick, oily, earthy
