Perfect autumn / holiday beverage; doesn’t smack you in the face with Christmas but just a light tap of apple cinnamon festiveness

Super festive drink. Tastes like cold boilo, the Champagne of the Coal Region. Yo bot, wanna go up da bush for a few 2 tree beers der, R-lad?

Had this in the fridge so long the label fell off when I took it out. Lol. Still a good beer but missing the crisp apple pie taste.

12oz bottle. Sweet apple pie taste in an 8% ABV ale. Full bodied for a cream ale...even an imperial cream ale. The allspice/cinnamon combo was ever so slightly strong, but a decent beer FWIW overall. Added a splash of bourbon & paired with ham.

Solid cream ale..a little more mild than I remember

Bottled 10/15/19. Flavors have held up over time. Thick creamy head fades fast. It’s no Genny Cream Ale though. Better for the fall.

Cellared for over a year and the edges have definitely smoothed out a bit!!!

So, Sam Adams didn’t do an Old Fezziwig this year. This 2019 spiced autumn/winter, then, does nicely.

Hmm. Lots going on here. Tasty. Cinnamon and vanilla is strong. Haven’t had a cream ale since Gennessee.
