More wine than beer for sure. Flavor notes are spot on: white wine, sour, funk, peppery. Not bad...not good...very interesting.

Oaky, heavy-bodied. Mouth-watering, lightly vinegary note. Citrus and apricot. Somewhat yeasty. Might feel acidic in larger quantities.

Outstanding. Big Chardonnay nose, really get the tart French oak flavors. Light, smooth, tart, peach and berry flavors.
