Nice aroma. Solid taste. Pumpkin and spice. Still thin.

All spice not a lot of pumpkin. Overall a spice brown ale.

41st 100+ degree day of 2023, and Punkin Ale was at the store…in cans! Tastes exactly the same. Copper color but called a brown ale always bothered me. I’m curious what the brown ale tastes like without the spices and brown sugar.

A disappointing split, and I went in with low expectations. Still fun to revisit every couple of years, though.

Lots of spices, with the brown sweetness and malt and undertones

Smells like pumpkin pie! Pumpkin and cinnamon upfront, very light bodied/watery, smooth, a little sweet, a little malty, finishing with notes of clove and nutmeg.

Nice beer while listening to the California Honeydrops.

Nice color. Woody cinnamon, not bad, just different.

Neither my favorite pumpkin ale nor my favorite Dogfish offering

A taster with a very strong spicy pumpkin flavor. This one is a winner. Impressive art work on the can. Cool the pumpkin and Winter squash made the photo.

Very unique, as far as I know that’s My first yam beer, interesting profile, thicker, heavy, and hearty

I remember when this seasonal was THE pumpkin ale to have. No more and hasn’t been for several years now. Every year I get more and more disappointed with their effort. Comes across more like a lager than an ale.
