Sweet and a bit chemical, seems a bit out of whack.

Aroma is Acetic sour backed with cherry syrup, reminiscent of a Flanders red with less complexity and wood character. Taste brings it into focus as a medium sweet, well carbonated beer, with more subdued acidity than I was expecting, in lambic relativity

Fruktig, litt syrlig, fyldig og frisk. En del sødme i ettersmaken. Kan bli mektig, bør drikkes med annen lettere øl isåfall.

Artificial fruity cherries, some sweetness, slightly tart and some notes of almonds.

Interesting fruity beer with a nice sharp foil to the underlying sweetness of the cherry. Very easy to drink but not one to spend the night drinking. Part of the Waffles ‘n Beer Workshop which I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bruges.

Klassiek Belgisch bier. Geur: Jam, optimel drink en vaag wat chemisch door het gist. Smaak: Kriek (Belgische kersen), kersensnoepjes. Gemaakt met verse kriekensap.
