2016 poured incredibly effervescent. Jammy strawberry nose with hints of barnyard funk the closer to the glass. Just tart enough to keep things interesting and zippy. Delightful geuze that could stand in for an acidic white wine at most meals

4 euro al super. Acidità non molto spinta per lo stile, rispetto ad etichette più prestigiose si nota la mancanza di pulizia. Detto questo funky legno e mela verde ci sono e si sentono. Le note minerali e ferrose non mi convincono del tutto.

Yellow light orange colored with some white foaming. Fruity sour nose with a good body not being to thin balancing up both the strong sour somewhat dry notes and its generous amounts of carbobation.

Every time I have this beer (its one of my favourites) the smell reminds me intensely of agave syrup. Theres something about the grassy aroma combining with oak that tap-dances on those neurons. Funk, acid, and sweetness are balanced. True to it’s name.

On rentre dans le lambic game avec une valeur sûre connue de tous. Grosse carbonation qui laisse place à l'astringeance du fruit sec pour finir sur une note bien sèche. Le tout me fait penser à un champagne bien fruité.

Tart fruity berry sourness that doesn't overpower,good level of acidity,dry as a bone with a clove and oak hit to the finish,really like this one.
