Yellow light orange colored with some white foaming. Fruity sour nose with a good body not being to thin balancing up both the strong sour somewhat dry notes and its generous amounts of carbobation.

2016 poured incredibly effervescent. Jammy strawberry nose with hints of barnyard funk the closer to the glass. Just tart enough to keep things interesting and zippy. Delightful geuze that could stand in for an acidic white wine at most meals

2017. Tart. Lactose. Funky. Some leather. Taste is light to medium sour, but gentle. Something bitter too.

CPADDB 3a serata - e solo per il Belgio 4 birre e si chiude con una delle "regine", rifermento con tanta schiuma aromatica, fresca con profumi citrici, acida e lattica da formaggi molli al gusto con sempre il citrico in vista con punte che pizzicano

A welcome change from the IPAs. Need a break, at least until tomorrow. This geuze has all the usual things - it's tart, dry and a little funky, but there's more to it. There's a fruitiness, almost like apples, like an apple cider here. Very nice stuff!
