Gueuze Mariage Parfait. Lambic vieilli pendant 3 ans, dans des fûts de chêne, puis mélangé avec un jeune lambic. Notes agrumes (pamplemousse, citron) et de bois. Fini très sèche, un peu amer à mon goût, cidre de pomme fermier bien fermenté. Petite acidité

Карбонизация высокая, нос свежий, травный. Хороший, горький ламбик. Сухой, без лишней сладости. Значительный осадок.

2017-03-01 375ml bottled 2014-09-25, 2011 vintage, so this bottle is 2 1/2 years old, stored in a controlled beer cellar. Pour golden clear with a nice sparkling bubble foams. Aroma is of vinegar cider and old humid wood.
