Gueuze avec un profil un peu moins classique. Moins effervescente, moins « vive », moins légère. Elle est un peu plus amère, un tantinet plus sucrée également. La pommette et le sauvage restent bien présents, belle complexité dans l’ensemble.

2016, aroma is ALL funk, takes no prisoners it’s so much funk, taste is little apple and DRY, hoping for more on the taste, overall fine beer

Julefeokost skudt igang på højeste note! Vi har for meget rødkål og jeg fandt ud af Hawaii temaet var aflyst. Men vi lægger ud med en fremragende gås.

И вот я знакомлюсь со стилем geuze. Аромат: Мёд, подбродившее яблочное варенье, легкая фенольность, травянистость, садовые груши и яблоки. Вкус: корочка чёрного хлеба, сухая кислотность чем-то напоминает клюкву, неспелое зелёное яблоко и лимонную корку.

É uma boa cerveja. Mas temos nacionais tão elegantes ou boas quanto. Funk controlado junto com o azedor. Levemente cítrica no aroma, com uma pegada de fazenda. Sequinha.
