Perhaps a step back in terms of my Lambic experience. Don’t hate it…just didn’t expect the strange bitter, breast finish. Good session going on here though.

Quería levantar la noche y me fui a lo seguro, perooo.. Parece que le faltan unos años para llegar a su óptimo, los 8 abv aún molestan, los perfiles del brett aún no se expresan bien, y tiene un amargor medio molesto. Me gustó lo cítrico si..

Nja inte min kopp te… smakar som en blandning mellan äppelöl och vanlig öl med en ton av torr cider som jag i te riktigt går igång på. Trevlig flaska, bra bok så överlever.
