Real and good raspberry taste. Possibly the best fruit lambic I've had. Well suited for the moment.

Bottle 75 cl, 2004 vintage. Pours a pinkish red with a medium off-white head and an intense aroma of fresh and ripe raspberries coming from the bottle after removing the cork. I would seriously buy a bottle for this smell alone! The taste is very pleasing

Fruity and sour with hints of raspberry, cherries candy sugar. Great beer.

Elegant and rounded lambic ale, tartaric and sour, low bitterness and sweetness, very small bubbles like a good champagne.

Had this one resting for a year in the fridge. So smooth. Raspberries. Sour. Grape. Vanilla. Wood. Kool beer. Ate some ham with it.
