The sweetness and sourness are just buitifully balanced, not so sour and almost not sweet at all. Apple and citrus aroma. Little bit of mineral mouthfill in the end.

Crazy good Gueuze. Indeed, really dry and carbonated. Yeasty nose. Nice barrel feel balanced with a delicate acidity. Aromas of green apples and grapefruits. Long lasting & puckering mouthfeel. Very pleasant and satisfying Lambic blend here.

Not overly tart, funky on the lighter end with citrus straw and light barnyard funk. Very good!

Wow!! Excellente geuze, très gros nez fermier, un plaisir pour les papilles, l'acidité est modéré, c'est fruité, la pommette ressort, le cuir, levures sur une finale sèche. Content d'en avoir acheté plusieurs...
