(Left) Not a lot of information offered with this Boon. ‘2 year old un-blended’ Is that a single two year old barrel? Multiple barrels not blended with other years? Love the variation in lambics, this one was just a bit underwhelming.

Goed zuurtje. Niet een biertje waarvan je er drie achter elkaar drinkt. Maar zeker niet verkeerd en het zuurtje overheerst niet

Amazingly light in body with a clean mild tart flavor. Clear in the glass. This is a sour to sip and enjoy with food because it won’t overpower your tastebuds
