Adult apple juice. Sour at first...ish. Why am I tasting bubblegum at the end 😂 havent had many lambics but this is interesting.

Funky is a good descriptor for this sour. Complex, fizzy,... good.

Strong grapefruit aroma, subtler flavour. Quite nice.

Astringency is prominent so this is a nice after lunch beer: AKA dryness = lightness. Mild on the funkiness.

Hints of banana but not too many. Needs to be more sour. A bit artificial flavored

A kegged "Gueze", interesting. It has some of the characteristics of their regular Gueze but it definitely isn't the same. It is much milder and doesn't have much of the barnyard or funk aspects. Glad I could try it but wouldn't get it again.
