I thought it was a bit thin and light early, but classic boon funk and minerality comes through. I really want an oud beersel now

Really mild n sweet for a geueze, but still authentico. Sugared apricot? Straight woody finish dries a bit. Just enough carb to keep it alive. Acetic bite creeps up.

My first kegged Belgian sour...fruity, mildly tart, and definitely got that funk. Good job keeping the carbonation down. I’d like to see more gueuzeries get in this game...

Mushroom/umami and wet wood barrel nose. Palate is unmistakable Belgian-only level woody, earthy funk. Boon remains a fantastic easily accessible Geuze

From earlier. Flat, better as it warmed, a little citrus, dry.
