Exquisite! Woody undertones, campaigny overtones and a whole lotta sour to kick you in the uvula. Boon’s always been my favourite sour brewer and again doesn’t fail to deliver!

Wild fermented Lambic is sour, tart, and citrusy. Similar to lemonade. Very good beer, exciting to drink, very unique! Cannot taste the 7% ABV. Very refreshing as you drink.

Pair this with a brie bleu to achieve bliss. Funky, wet hay, light strawberry molasses, dry with a hint of candi sugar.

Depth, oak and funk. Dry leathery boozy warmth in the long finish. Very easy to drink. Beautiful.
