Really loved this one tonight! This is a strong candidate for desert island beer. Not very funky, a lot of citrus, tart but very well balanced. (Not a clean pour but still a pretty beer to me) Glad I have a few more bottles of this!

New at CBU in bottles. Complex, woody, a bit appley, and not as tart as it smells. There's a few levels to this and it's better as it warms up.

Great beer! I'm not a big sour drinker, but these are great in sweltering heat! Not too sweet or sour. Citrus tastes paired with the typical leathery/barnyard wild yeast tastes...!
