Andra gången för denna, måste säga att mindre syra, men en träaktig smak. Denna har jag lagrat i ca 4-5 år. Måste lägga till att detta inte är min ölstil!

Great beer! I'm not a big sour drinker, but these are great in sweltering heat! Not too sweet or sour. Citrus tastes paired with the typical leathery/barnyard wild yeast tastes...!

Bright, clean and almost too easy-drinking. Mandarin and grain body. Effervescent head. Lovely if not a bit too polished. Kept to celebrate my sister’s wedding.

Big pop of the cork. Muted nose, offering a bit of funk. In the mouth, yellow apple skin and malt/grain. Body is thin, finish is short. I'm not in love with this bottle. Eager to revisit later, though.

Trying something new. Limited edition. Aroma is a distinct apple with some acidic undertones akin of grapefruit. Taste is much like the aroma, but more sour and tangy. Very carbonated. Crisp, dry finish with a slight fruity aftertaste. Not bad!
