Dry, oak, that Boon mineral character, lots of tart fruit with balanced earthy funk, complex and quite tasty

Indisputably Belgian and the oak is definitely there. I'd prefer this simpler without the added oak. Great nose with some complexity though to compliment a meal.

More sour mouth feel than the other varieties. Same dry champagne finish

Gold pour, small white head. Fantastic aroma of golden raisins, brett, straw, fruit, taste follows with oak, vanilla, peach, apricot. Excellent.

You will probably never see this except at a good liquor store. If ever on tap, this should be the first thing you order and massive the only thing you order. If you don't, don't ever talk to me again.
