Wow this is a winner. Citrus, grapefruit. Funk. Body. A touch of sweet. Perhaps honey? So good.

What Boon calls volatile acidity, has a little bite to it. Not sure I get the wine-like characteristics.

Pyszne, owocowe w punkt kwaśne (agrest, porzeczka, niedojrzałe papierówki) do tego ziemiste i dzikie nuty. Przy tym zaskakująco pijalne.

108, некая старая бочка 1935 года. Самый кислый. Ароматика хорошечно. Кожа, скот, все дела. Вкусно. Но 110 был круче!

Très content de cette découverte. Vieilli en caisse en plusieurs année c’est très sympa, c’est rustique, boisé et légèrement boisé. La carbo est fine et délicate. C’est top !

N: overripe mealy apple, compost, mushrooms, decomposing wood (wet forest earth). Tart, not sour, great balance, incredibly complex, only hints of horseblanket. Amazing.

Отлично. Запах густой: лошадки, кожа, сыр. Вкус на первом глотке сильно гасится кислотой. Потом проявляется животноводческая ферма, прелые листья, мокрое дерево. Вкус глубокий с развитием.

Truly, astonishingly beautiful. More of a malty flavour than most geuze; a more acetic sourness no doubt playing into that. Elevated ABV, but *everything* seems bigger: assertive funk; juicy, juicy green apple; oak long into the finish. Phwoar.
