Soft start, drying acetic middle, medium dry woody finish. A lot softer than expected.

Much more heavy than the other bottles, would guess that it would be perfect to blend with the more light variants 👌

Balanced but a bit anonymous. Apricot fruity with hints of apple and wood, sweet, subtle funkiness and tartness. No sourness at all. Works fine with a piece of food but not really rememberable.

Sours are not my favorite but this is high quality. Smell mild tartness in glass. Tartness slides in at the start and finishes with acidity that lingers on tongue. Has a lot more body than typical lambic. Absolutely worth a try. Paired well with Saints.

4++ ik begin een boom fan te worden. Vat 108,109,110 zijn allemaal lekker..... 110 heb ik nog een paar van gekocht. Prijs/kwaliteit=prima en 37,5cl is perfect. Ik wou dat alle cantillons in 37,5cl verkrijgbaar waren. 'fou, iris, CSG, 50n, vig.

More acidic than the others and not as much barrel, but it opened up nicely as it warmed up.
