The most expensive beer I have ever bought. I would compare it to jumping into the ocean, it takes a little time, but once you’re in, it’s really good. The last gulp was the best and It paired really well with Gouda.

Gedeeld. Funky, tarty and dry. Quite a bit of sour/ apple.

Fyldig. Meget lidt syrlig. Herlig. Men også lidt anonym.

Very hazy honey color w/ quickly dissipating white head; champagne bubbles. Barnyard-straw nose & flavor; add oak & apricot flavors; tart. Brett yeast creates creaminess; bone-dry finish.

Oaky, tart apple, vanilla (mostly on the nose). Funky, acidic but balanced and smooth, spicy, dry

2014 vintage, as Geuze from BOON, that's the most oaky and Woody from them all, as always another masterpiece.

Cracking into some of my 6 year old lambic. Starts light, finishes dry with horse blanket and bandaid flavors in the middle. The Brett funk plays second fiddle to the other polyphenol, but still a pleasant lambic.

All that 91 has to offer, but with earthy notes dominance. Hey, I like Pearl Jam!

Средняя кислотность, хорошее тело. Бочки практически нет. Четко выражается горечь. Хороший баланс.

Another good one, just a little more messy than the other had with some kinda sweet part, though another great brew.

Circa 2016. Robust white grapes and sweettart candy in the nose. The body is more subtle, adding fainter notes of hay, apple, and sharp cheese. Moderately tart and slightly less acidic.

Used red wine oak barrels from the French Rhône valley. Brewed 2014 bottled 2016. All the elements of a world class gueze.
