Dry mineral funk, very little in the way of tart fruit, more subtle and mild than your usual geuze, soft, gentle, the sort of thing that probably contributes better in a blend…

Morela, dziko, dużo derki. Beczka calvadosu i subtelny posmak destylatu jabłkowego jak najbardziej obecne.

You got to learn to appreciate, I'm learning. Wonderful complex beer with barrel notes that were very subtle. Calvados?

Maçã madura, azeite trufado, terra, mofo, tangerina, pêssego, damasco, favo de mel, flores brancas e especiarias. Corpo médio/baixo, acidez mansa e elegante e fim seco. Ótima breja!

Well rounded with a bit of apple flavor from the Calvados barrel aging. Dry finish. I’m a sucker for a good geuze, and this is a good one
