Last of the sampler box. Fuller bodied and not as dry as the other variants. The addition of Brett yeast gives it an earthy nose. It’s been a treat

Fruited geuze (lambic)) from Belgium. Brewed in 2014 & bottled in 2016. Strong sour aroma from the Brett yeast. Still bright, dry & refreshing. Tart dark fruit in zippy hi-carb brew. 8% ABV. Thanks Drew!

Oog: helder, oranje, geen schuim. Neus: Mond: droog, hout, licht zuur, tinteling.

This one is very wine-y, lots of the character of the barrel, slightly tannic finish. I like this one least of the four bottles in the tasting box, but it's still good. Pairs nicely with a 2OT playoff hockey game 🍻🏒
