Big carbonation, had to tame this beast. Brett funk with white wine aroma. Starts with apples and hay, into dry apple cider and finishes with nice sour citrus and dry tannin. 4.0/5

Слегка вяжет, на глотке бьющая по рецепторам кислотность, но мимолётная, дальше слегка фруктово сластит, потом хурма или айва. Кайф.

Je smaakt dat 2 jaar rust deze heeft deugd gedaan. Nog wel erg gesatureerd, een beetje storen. Smaken mooi geevolueerd, heeft wat dieper karakter gekweekt. Volgende toch nog een jaar of 2 laten liggen.
