Great way to spend Australia Day....locked inside out of the 40° heat, watching the tennis, drinking a stonkingly good Gueuze.Eight for the price of one...blend of eight top brewers. Awesome sour.

I had a opportunity to try it before, quite interesting seeing how age it mellow it beautifully! Dry mouth, sweetness and fruit..lovely after taste and great acidity remains !

Age has been kind to this blend. A few years later and it's much better. Peach now in the nose and the bitterness has mellowed

Voorbereidingen voor kerstdiner begeleiden met heerlijke Oude Geuze. Toffe blend. Lekker zuurtje. Mooi droog. Mooie feestdagen allemaal.

LCI from July. Recall it being a little more acidic than how I prefer my lambic

Preferred this one, but not too much in it. Funky, a little less yeasty, a bit deeper in flavour.

Vol, fruitig en nog slechts licht zurig. Hangt vooral rond in de mond, geen afdronk in de keel. Degelijk, lekker.

Finfin. Torr utan att vara för sträv. Mycket ananas. Fräsch, lagom kärv, syra. Något djupt, moget långt bak i eftersmaken som nästan drar åt tobak vilket var precis vad som behövdes för att den ska sticka ut.
