скромно на пятёрочку. 26.08.16. сахара нет совсем, умеренная сухость и терпкость. лёгкая пробочка пробивается. вишня сыграла куда-то в шоколад. 8 стелс, мягко.

Poeh heerlijk. Superzacht, funky en vol krieken. Totaal niet zuur (meer) volle bak fruitigheid.

I've stocked up on a lot of lambics, particularly krieks and gueuzes, over the last few months. They keep for years and are a sound investment for a rainy day. Or a Sunday night when you fancy something sweet to drink. Might end up opening a mead next...

The nose makes you think you’re in for a ride, but it’s so much smoother and subtler than you could imagine. It has aged well

Kriek, but sour rather than dry. Most dry Kriek I’ve ever had. I like that dry cherry flavor tho.

Been in cellar since well.... last in Belgium. Just amazing. Tart cherries, sweet and dry on the finish.

3rd stop on Binny’s shelfie lambic tour. Worst so far. Lacks character and depth. Don’t buy again Otto.

Pale burgundy and nearly opaque with a whisper of thin, white head. Nose is marasco cherries in syrup. Dry and earthy, with low and subtle acidity. Closer to a low-CO2 gueuze, with the cherries adding a mild and textural backdrop of fresh fruit flesh.

BFLN light tart cherries some oxidation and little carb but dry bones.
