Citrica, levemente ácida e azeda. Estamos falando de uma belezura de 2014, fermentada espontâneamente com microorganismos presentes no ar e envelhecidas por dois anos em barris de carvalho. Complexa, linda.

Excellent addition to a BLT with homemade bacon and home grown tomatoes. Champagne like with some sourness and light funk. Too bad it’s my last one. 😕

Aroma: bailed native straw dusty with dried wildflowers, funky chinotto syrup & pickled lemon brine over a vanilla sponge cake. Full bodied with a baked acidity. Flavor: clove spiced apricot danish, gingerbread macaroons & rye old fashioned burnt orange.

The funk leans a little chemically in this one. Nicely tart and interesting otherwise.

The Belgians know how to make a sour beer. Slightly tart, slightly bitter. Like a lip snacking tart lemon rind with a little pith. A hair spicy. 7 years in the bottle and no skunking. Awesome.

Wow! Bel arôme légèrement funky et citronné, pommette sûre, sésame grillé. Saveur assez vive et acidulée, très minéral, beau funk boisé, sésame grillé, pommette sûre, douce amertume, finale très sèche. Belle évolution. J'adore ça! 4.40

TdG LCI. Absolutely top drawer. Criminally underrated, but I also think the variation in storage conditions may have affected that. This was straight from Boon, so perfectly stored. Funky, mineral, tart, deep and musty. Awesome!
