Red plum and black cherry nose, lightly tart, off-dry at this point. Faintest hint of spices, makes me think nutmeg, cinnamon, anise. Fantastic, want to get another to age.

Heel zacht met een klein zuurtje waarneembaar. Kersen proef je wel duidelijk terug, en heeft ook nog wat koolzuur... en dat voor 10 jaar oud bier

Top, mooi zuurtje wat perfect door het vettige van de porchetta sneed, en een zoetje wat er mooi bij aansloot.

Rather delicious, still some good cherry after almost 10 years. But too gentle/understated compared to Mariage Gueuze. Miss that funk

From Friday, my last one of this. Still good but some taste is gone and taste of “cellar”. Some cherries left and a bit sour still. Celebrated that I got a B on my assignment to school.

Strong candy cherry. A hint of cinnamon. Restrained tartness. Leathery and barnyardy funk. Dry finish.

Боялся, что оверрейтед и скипать можно. Но это на удивление очень хорошо. Вишня никуда не делась с годами, нажористый, в меру вонючий, кислоты минимум, зато горечи терпкой вишневой много, сухо. Брутально, не смотря на название.
