A lot fruit on the nose than expected, mainly apples. Taste is like a super dry cider with a hit of funk and oaky tannins. Very solid gueze this.

Bone dry. It is sour but bitterness is quite pronounced. Plenty of peach, pear and apple notes.

Bien balancé, assez tart et boozy. Notes florales et de pommes vertes. C'est funky, une belle découverte!
