Chaque fois que je la bois, je me dis que j'oublie à quel point c'est bon. Ma gueuze préférée shelf all around. Si complexe, ample en bouche et accessible.

Bred in nosing, like fermented wet straw... Light wheat notes, sourness and notes of vinegar and dried fruits... Like a bruit Champagner.. outstanding

Bottle. Found this at the back of the cupboard, no idea where/when I got it. Has *really* mellowed, plenty of funk but little sourness.

Elk jaar lijkt deze beter te worden (ooit paar flesjes van gekocht). Nog meer funk, nog droger en vooral nog voller van smaak. Veel hooi ook, wat moutig, beetje floraal en veel funk vooral van begin tot eind. Heerlijk !
