Interessant dat Jolke deze meeneemt om te proberen. Een zuurbier ben ik normaal niet van, maar deze kan er wat mij betreft mee door. Ik tapp em voor het Untappd evenement zodat ik die zelfbevredigende badge krijg

Deze Oude Boon maar eens van stal gehaald om vanavond te nuttigen. Deze is een stuk zachter dan de andere editie die ik op heb. De zuurgraad is keurig in balans, het chemische/fenolische komt licht naar boven. Mooie lambiek!

Apple odor with green pepper sharpness. Subtle spicy musty flavour with soft cheese finish with a juicy tart sweetness on the tail end. Light effervescent and pleasant mouthfeel. Beautiful lacing on the glass.

Acidity but no depth or balance. Some less than pleasant grapefruit, sour orange, must. Disappointing.

Maybe it's the cheapest true lambic you can get in Prague still it's definitely decent. Simple but has everything you want from style: funk, bretts, nice sourness and easydrinking. Just a bit too bitter (hoppy) for mussels :)
