Didn’t develop much from last time I’ve had it. Enjoyable

Beautiful amber color, soft white head, kicks in with tart and sour flavors that are well dosed and fades over into aromas of fermented fruits. Nice one for slow sipping and enjoying consciously.

Lemony grass, lots of minerality and a little funk. More apple on the taste than usual, solid carb

Heerlijk nieuwjaarsbier. Prima zuurtje en een fijn gelagerde fruitigheid.

Nose has hints of oak & leather. Green apple & lemon flavours. Yeasty body & texture. Light touch of funk. Dry finish. Solid.

Great sour wild ale! Fruity, funky, earthy, and nicely aromatic

It's like a marriage between sparkling wine and beer. The yeast suspends itself in the liquid upon popping the cap. Like any carefully crafted lambic, this vintage is a tart delight.

Avondje zuur! Een nieuwe, eentje met een laagje stof, en eentje met roest.
